7.Successfully introduce customer proto-types, optimize processes and nurture through to mass manufacturing phase.
8.Manage weekly conference calls, QBRs with customers.
9.Set goals and time lines for engineers and track their progress to completion.
10.Manage multiple projects for process / yield/ defectivity improvements.
11.To review customer database and support proper taping out procedures
12.Involve silicon photonics PDK development and optical characterization with various technology partner
13.Develop, in collaboration with industry, proof-of-concept prototypes of innovative products enabled by silicon photonics
14.Identify market opportunities and develop compelling solution which balances performance, cost and differentiation which solves customers' problems
15.Build up new silicon photonics process modules and component to attract new potential customers
Requirements:
Qualification Required
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in related field or higher is an asset
Preferably in Silicon photonics/ Electrical Electronics/ Microelectronic/ Applied Physics, Sciences
Skills
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably those with:
> 5 years experience in a wafer fabrication facility or equivalent.
> 3 years experience in either a Yield Engineering or Development or Integration position or equivalent.
