I no longer  buy the Jeff Taylor argument,, sorry ,I don`t recall the exact wording but it was something like,, we will not  sink down to the level of an offer from Intel ,, I persume for a buyout,, apparently POET does not to have to sink down to any offer from anybody,,ie:  Apple,, Facebook etc..,, because Poet management must prove that the POET tech actualy works and they must also prove to the market that it works which has not happened yet.. Hence the share price..
