New distributor/manufact... partner in China

POET Technologies has a third distributor/manufacturing partner in China now: Wuhan HTX Photonics Co. Ltd, see "Distributors and manufacturing partners" on the POET website.

After a very brief look at the HTX Photonics website – using Google Translate, since there's no English version –, I am unsure whether they are a maunufacturing partner or a distributor – perhaps both. At least HTX Photonics is developing their own products.
