This is good news.

Consider this David Lazovsky has 3 million options at .385. Why would he pay .55 cash right now to add 181k plus 90.5k warrants at .75?

And Suresh has over 9 million options.

It is difficult to see this as anything but an indication of their belief in POET and where it is heading. Big picture folks.
