I'm happy insiders are buying, I'm happy things are finally going our way, I have no sense of entitlement whatsoever, but my initial investment has been diluted by a substantial margin and now I'm supposed to be happy managment bought themselves free warrants knowing all the insider information they have?

I don't think so.
