Some of the thinking was that half the .52 warrants would get exercised. That would be 17 million warrants. So far we have seen 2.2 million added to the share count with likely more that have been paid for but not been accounted for by the transefer agent.

If that happens that would be $8+ million in warrants and $12 million in this financing. And maybe they have something north of $5 million in the bank?

So potentially $25 million all in after the dust settles?

Enough for some serious moves to accelerate commercialization.
