I agree completely. Let's see how much demand there is after this closes. Who knows. I still don't like that we keep getting beat down when more transparency would allow the share price to flourish. And if the India deal were coming to fruition would this not give us ample dollars to keep the lights on... Skeptical. Hopefully I am proven wrong.

Ok let’s think about this for a minute. If POET do win this tender, and it could be months before any outcome is announced and POET will no doubt be in the dark over exact timings (another great reason not to rely on it). Any money received as part of it, is not going to be for the purposes of “keeping the lights on”, or paying for the furtherment of the interposer etc.

The Indian government won’t be handing over millions of dollars, for POET to do as they please with. It will be solely for research toward advancing the POET technology and will no doubt come with lots of terms and agreements etc. As such, it could take months from being awarded it, to receiving any payments. I’m also assuming it will require significant monetary input from POET.

I therefore just don’t believe our management team are relying on it in anyway for general business purposes. But that doesn’t mean an announcement can’t come any day.
