Exactly. They aren't required to exercise and honestly as a retail shareholder, if I had the warrants and they asked me, I wouldn't exercise either. Why? I have 5 years total to do so, why exercise for pennies when I can hold without risk.

 

If you're a big institution there's reasons to do so but not for the retail shareholders for the most part.
