The same thought crossed my mind but there is interesting opt out language.  It would behoeve either party to mess this up.  Owning the IP is what matters.

I have to admit, I’m shocked at the proximity of insider buys with this news...but don’t get me wrong, delighted as well!

And how do we know that customers weren’t already close to being signed, and it was just the manufacturing end that needed buttoning up. This is getting very interesting.  With disruptive technology, you have to go stealth and then strike quickly.  So who knows what else is in the pipeline now?
