Reminds me that Daniel DeSimone's more than a million options expired in January, with strike prices between CAD 1.24 and 1.65, i.e., way out of the money. You might appreciate that expired options reduce dilution. On the other hand, however, the proceeds are missing in POET's koffers. And of course we'd rather like to see a share price that would have elevated those option in the money.
The next expiry date is 2018-08-13 with 700,000 options owned by Chris Tsiofas, John F. O'Donnell, and Kevin Barnes. Their strike price is CAD 0.49, and I hope they'll be very well in the money by then.
