Actually, I believe the April 2nd date is for non-Venture listed companies while Venture listed companies is April 30th.

A few weeks back I posted the filing dates for the last four years. In those four years, Poet has filed well before the deadline and I believe this year will be no different. I'm anticipating somewhere in the first 2 weeks in April
