Tomorrow should be an interesting day, to say the least.  I would think there will be great interest in POET's share price and volume, so in light of that, I thought I'd mention today, before all the market activity, that I will be attending the OFC Optical Networking and Communications Conference and Exhibition at San Diego Convention Center in a few weeks from now. 

I look forward to seeing Dr Bill Ring there as he asked if I might be attending. We exchange emails from time to time after I met him and Mr Mica at the SPIE Show, in 2017.  He really is a great guy, and of course, very accomplished.  I surveyed the agenda and the Conference does look very intriguing. There are a lot of areas that would be of great interest to POET.  I am not sure what other representation POET will have there, but I should be able to will find out.   

I have a son who attends UC San Diego (yes, I have lots of kids - 4), and this will give me an excuse to not only see him but Dr Ring as well, I missed him at this last SPIE Show in SF.   This is the largest global conference for optical communication professionals, (I copied that) and the first time I will be attending, and thank goodness for me, it is open to the public upon registration.  I really look forward to making the visit there, I and would be glad to make a short report to post here. 

Hoping for a good day in the market tomorrow.  I personally just have a good feeling about the direction we as a company are headed with the dielectric interposer platform, and our, did I hear world record holding sensors.  Seems we have the right team, at the right time  GLTA :)   Bt
