My question is why did it take so long for the market to figure out how meaningful the progress has been as reflected in the news releases issued at the end of January? Perhaps there have been some meetings to help educate the buyers? Don't know but I will take it. 

The one thing I do feel confident in though is that Market Surveillance will be satisfied that this run-up is justified based on information that is in the public domain.
