Hi Kath, from today's NR I just took the statement to mean that the status of the low-loss dielectric waveguide stack is now being transferred to manufacturing. I assume at Denselight, not a transfer of the technology outside of Denselight. I could be wrong.

"POET also announced that it has successfully completed development of the Company’s low-loss dielectric waveguide stack and is readying the technology for transfer to manufacturing"
