Message: Don Listwin ....stock buyer?

I think the Mr Listwin is likely to be the first Poet director to buy shares in Poet on the open market. (Correct me if I am wrong).

Openwave shares up on share purchase news
CHICAGO, Dec 8 (Reuters) - Shares of Openwave Systems Inc. (NasdaqNM:OPWV - news) soared 20 percent on Friday, powered by the surge on Nasdaq and news that its chief executive bought 250,000 of the communications software provider's shares in the open market.

The stock rose as high as $70 on Nasdaq and was at $67-7/8, up $9-7/8, or 17 percent, in late morning trading.

``Certainly when the (Nasdaq) market is up 115, that helps propel the overall market,' said ABN AMRO wireless analyst Keith Bachman. ``I also think the news that Don Listwin, where he bought 250,000 shares in the market, helped serve as the catalyst.'

The company said earlier this week in a regulatory filing that Chief Executive Don Listwin bought 250,000 shares for about $11 million in November.
