Anyone over 250 pounds is a large shareholder (no, can't be).

Well, anyone with 10% or more is a large shareholder, perhaps?

Of course, those that do not have to report as insiders and hold only a few percent of the outstanding shareholders would probably be classified as reasonalbly large.
