Heres the thing FJ.  We have heard from the top executives of the company, who should have known better, a forth terminal was even required, long before it was even required  to make the VSCEL workable. The last major verbal (Ajit) comment from the company was that they were weeks away from getting this accomplished. Then the change of disclosure policy, If he doesn't grasp what's going on then who does. Those are the comments they made that personally, supported my investment and when it was not achievable after the fact, only rubs salt in the wound. Because, we are blowing it off like they thought so. I am personally going to let things ride for now because I have lost basically everything. If these guys believe they are covered by safe harbour, it's not quite that simple. they will be taken to task, to continue colaberating with  these guys is not appropriate.Scrutiny is imparitive at this point because the cone of silence only reenforces their lack of progress and implies they have nothing. Where is our partner for the GAS if it's that good as implied. We are al most half a year into the stop of that project, nothing yet. The next news will likely be a financing and another dilution for us long time share holders. Management doesn't deserve an easy ride here. To continue to go easy on these guys is a mistake. All in my opinion of course.
