Clydes: Why would that be?

The company wants to make sure that showing current development efforts does not create any selective disclosure issues and/or potentially jeopardize its IP position, especially while patent applications for some novel aspects are not yet finished/submitted. In my opinion, that's an absolutely understandable and reasonable stance.
