I understand that you and I have very different opinions of the events leading up to POET's decision to put POET on the sidelines until someone shows up to pay for the remaining required R&D.  I've been a reader more than a poster for a very long time and doubt that you and I would ever see eye-to-eye on this having read your posts.

The disclosure policy is, to me, a red herring.  If they had something to disclose, they probably would, unfortunately it seems they don't.  There's always been a reason to explain and rationalize away POET's lack of progress and communication from NDA's to stealth mode to now the Communications Policy.

At the end of the day most of us invested in POET have had years of experience to understand that generally no news from POET is not because:

• they're lining all their ducks up to execute a well laid plan designed to increase POET exposure;
• or because they're dotting the i's and crossing the t's on a deal with some major player;
• or to supposedly keep the technology progress secret from the same potential customers/partners that they are out there showing it to under NDA

It is because they don't have meaningful progress to report.
