Let us look at this situation from the opposit direction:

Imagine a company like Apple is engaging in a TRAB with POET, exchanging in deep knowledge about a disruptive technology (with prooven functionality and prototypes - but on a non industrial scale!), and how to bring it to market -

and then three years later (this could be about the time needed to develope the industrial scales?) Apple is signing contracts with a competitor of POET about this or a very similar technology.  This would be a quite questionable behavior of apple, possibly infringing their NDA.

So I hope we will receive good news - once... and that our good Mazan4 can keep his arm!
