Again a false statement. Page 10 of the AGM CP are not lab results or did you think that they were? 

What they were doing in the foundry was first to fabricate individual devices on the same epi stack. Next put each device onto the same wafer. Next optimize those devices and connect them. 

These are the cycles of learning like everyone does except in this case it happens to be all devices on a common stack. Something no one else can do that we or POET are aware of.

They did not have the money to continue the stop start development cycles in a contract foundry so they need someone to complete the development preferably on a dedicated line. How can you not know this?
