Sureshbiwinning: According to previous posts, wasn’t today the final day for Indian contract bid winner announcement?  Someone on here said December 5th.  I’m confused at how we got that date though.  Thank u.

No, if I remember correctly this is the date the binding period expires. I think that means SCL would have to enter negotiations with the winning bidder regarding scope, price, and other conditions of the bid.
