The need for more money. It is a typical problem for small start-ups of any kind. At least we have two paths, and one might get accelerated via the Indian RFP (GaAs platform), and the other one is progressing organically within POET, possibly to be accelerated, by interested partners.

So, the need for money has disrupted our disruption, but it is not the end of the world as we have growing revenue coming and the same opportunities are still on the table. Also, all of the Denselight hires must be pointing to something. Companies just do not hire for the fun of it. They must remain adept at doing things profitably or at least laying the foundation for future healthy profit margins as projected by the roadmap.
