JOB DESCRIPTION
To develop and integrate photonics process flows to meet company’s technology and product roadmap using in-house manufacturing capabilities and outsourced facilities.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate & execute process/process integration improvement experiments so as to improve inline defectivity and process yield.
- Collect data, conduct data analysis and generate analytical reports.
- Lot/wafer process owner and ensure material is processed as per runsheet/traveller.
- Inspect wafers, reduce defects, and solve any in-line issues.
- Define, set up and monitor process controls including SPC charts.
- Work with module owners to define and monitor the right recipes.
