We don't even know if the RFP is actually a thing. It has been talked about as if it is; but based on the requirements published, what we know of POET's technology and roadmap it seems a perfect fit. But lack of any reporting on it does not mean it is NOT a potential thing either. I surmise that POET sees no advantage at all in mentioning their participation (if they are participating) up to the point at which the winner of the RFP is announced. And legally, until there's a material event in connection with this RFP, there will be no mention of it.
You have chosen to make this RFP into a thing to judge the company against, based NOT on anything that POET has publicly stated or promised, but based on the informed musings of some people on this board. Is that fair to the company?
