Why would he leave if it is such a winner?
To me, it looks like he was brought in to provide expertise / guidance /assistance in part of the transformation of our manufacturing facility.
With the EDB agreement, there is alot of hiring of new people / alot of changes / new technology platform - bringing in "temporary experts" to help facilitate the process makes sense to me.
Take a look at what Helen Vincent (Denselight Deputy Director of HR) revealed in her Linkedin Profile ......
"Strategise with the President and General Manager to transform and embed a new culture in the only global manufacturing plant. Developed the core values and brought the organisation through a transformation strategy and follow through on an implementation plan and program. With the new core values, develop the skills and competencies to help the employees align their behaviour to the three core values.
Responsible for the communication and company's branding and image. Together with my peers, developed the safety portfolio to a professional level equivalent of a high performing team."
IMO there is alot going on with the transformation, not everyone involved will be permanent employees of Denselight.

**Why would he put a 3 month postion on his Linkedin Profile if he didn't think it was significant?
