"Shareholder value" - an oft uttered phrase from the management of public companies, see also, "mantra." 

About equivalent to, "we play them one game at a time," "it's not over until it's over," and "we respect our opponents."

We're stuck, it is completely understandable why most will not sell, I am among them.  But the shot keeps getting longer as time passes.

The shares are where they are not because "the market" anticipates another fund raising, but because this is approximately the level at which we sold shares in our legendary public offering.  As I said at the time, it will take extraordinary news to get us out of that rut - we await that news.
