I would hope that any ISRO RFP deal would contain the following :-

1.0  Couple of million NRE up front.

2.0  Low tens of millions over the duration of the development and transfer (2+1 year) period.

3.0  Cash flow generating for POET during development of devices : meaning profitable   

       development cycles.

4.0  ISRO retain rights to Military / Defense / Space applications

      (hopefully with royalties payments to POET but I reckon this would be unlikely if 5.0 is granted)

5.0  POET retain all rights to commercial applications.

If the overall partnership framework is somewhat aligned to the above, I would be ecstatic.

Now we wait and see.
