Interesting. An RF test engineer in Singapore? My initial assumption is that this would be associated with the POET GaAs platform MMIC applications? 

 

Alternatively they could be developing RF photonic applications associated with sensing and/or communication products at DL? It is a bit of a head scratcher for sure.

I don't recall what phase MMIC development takes place in the India RFP (I don't have time to look).

Anyone?
