I agree Baba. There was talk of hiring of an accomplished Brand Marketing Head in the R&R report. That will be a good indication that POET is entering a new phase of product readiness. I think they have probably been actively looking for the right person as the new lasers for sensing and 100G enter the market. Certainly by the time the first DensePIC’s are ready they will need the right person for that job.
