Well said, Baboriley. I agree with your comments and would like to add that as part of my response to mazan4.

Can you imagine how drunkenly excited they were? Of course, they learned that there still was a lot of work to do,

but they were excited.  I do agree with you that there judgment was poor and they should have kept "up and to

the right" to themselves as they may have been caught off guard when snags developed as a result of the Anadigics 

situation and the initial greater than thought challenge of that elusive 4th pin. But, unlike previous management, they

had answers as to what they are doing next. Sometimes, these might appear to be decisions like thinking out loud. 

However, previous management could only think of how to sell POET as opposed to organically and through acquisition

hold onto as much as they could to bring a more enduring return for shareholders. In hindsight, previous management

could not find a buyer or else that would have already happened. Why was that? Well. just like the Dragon's Den experts would say to Peter Copetti. "... we think you are still to early .... so, I'm out."  That's what I think happened.
