Speaking of waiting, a cautionary note regarding the anticipated PO issue date.  ISRO extended the closing date of the tender (twice, i think), and according to their instructions to tenderers:

"10. SCL reserves the right to change any milestone date of the tendering activity / tender schedule."

which means they can extend PO issuance date as well.  Don't know how likely this is as I'm sure they want to get on with things as well, but gov't bureaucracy and it seems many tenders currently "under evaluation"...

As BMW suggests, maybe a good idea to look forward to 3 qtr report, and if we get (good) PO news in the meantime, that'll be the gravy for the poutine! (or vice-versa)
