The case has been made that POET likely submitted a bid for India"s RFP and a good chance POET will be awarded the contract.  The logical arguments submitted here, as well as my own research, have me persuaded.  It seems to me The InP technology POET developed (and acquired) we have would lead to a path of success all by itself.  The India tender potential puts POET in a new realm. Speculative investment seems logical now to me as it would be very hard to catch up with the SP if it takes off with our InP technology and the India tender contract in our sails.
