Only a fraction of Dr. T's patents are limited to GaAs. Please take your time and have a closer look, my estimation: less than 50%.

So Krom's question is very valid!!!

 

Second: it takes a genious to elaborate patents, but a top engineer team + experienced management to turn this IP into needed products and into profit. It seems we have all of that... Nice to watch!!!
