In the past, there have been posters here criticizing POET's strategic acquisition of this company. However, Denselight is known as this to the global community that I extracted from the Exhibitor Profile that you posted as described for the CIOE event where Denselight will represent POET.

"The company is recognized worldwide for its technological innovations in high performance semiconductor infrared superluminescent light sources and lasers, with a proven track record in deployed applications.'

Now take the above quote and add what BB Phtonics and POET, itself, have brought to the table. It is just a matter of POET better communicating its story to the tech global community more effectively. I believe we are seeing this now, because in the InP platform POET is ready and the GaAs is just a tweak away (mind you, for POET that tweak is expensive,but it should be pocket change for interested partners in the GaAs platform since POET has achieved so much already in this platform on its own. To come this far is impressive in its self. Now, a better communication of this should open help from partners seated behind tall oak or rosewood doors.
