I thought Kevin Barnes was replaced awhile ago..Options are the gift that keeps on giving , at our expense, mind you..  POET has been like a revolving door,, one guy in, one guy out,, and everytime they leave they  take a part of our investment, mainly through dilution,,with them..I suppose that would be fine if we actually had something to show for it as in POET products but so far it has been POET talk that is worth .26 cents,,apparently..
