Yes Shash.. We are of one mind.. The specs seem (ready for it.... ) "Tailored" so only Poet can respond..

But only with the "help" of a "strategic partner".. Gov't RFP's generally have boiler plate clauses as this one does that requires the Applicant to demonstrate financial stability   ...  Can't bring government into disrepute...If true we will need a partner.. But the good thing is that the RFP if successful will in Poet's name thereby strengthening their "negotiating  hand" with the partner. 

As a Canadian sad ...  the continuing hemorrhaging of our intellectual capital as it leaves Canada.. We fail as a Nation to make the ground fertile for ventures like this to take root. 

As as I write this post India and China have a 1200 mile border conflict that could turn ugly in the very near term. Currently India would not do well.. Poet technologies could be a significant equalizer. I expect Poet's attributes will be highly prized by the Indian military..time may well be of the essence.
