Little more chicken counting than I prefer today, but it was a great day! I agree with those that referenced Monday as an important day.

As for the RFP, what do the tech intellingentsia think? Will we need a partner to be the successful bidder? It's unclear to me that the India is putting up some or all of the money to get those milestones accomplished. But, whoever is chosen, if they succeed in accomplishing what is requested, should make a lot of money.
