It is nice that we get to look forward to an "Industrial Press Release" at the conference (CLEO Conference in Singapore, Aug 1 to 3).

Hopefully that announcement will reverse today's knee-jerk reaction and add more value. I feel like this company has finally aired what they could air and put any negativity behind them. I am still feeling positive towards the much clearer path that POET is on. By clearer path, I mean what is actually more doable by them in the short term. Everything now going forward just has to be positive. A clear direction means you know where you are going to and how to get there and to use our resources more effectively.

I do not understand the difference in the phrase "Industrial Press Release" from just a "press release". Perhaps, that was the company's way of offer a clue without damaging anything that has already been planned between parties for that timeframe?

I am guessing that an "industrial press release" might mean something related to the manufacturer sector of the industry. So, based on that logic, if they have negotiated a manufacturing deal, then there must be a possible follow-up distribution announcement as well? That being said, perhaps a reasonable order with someone is about to be finalized? Well, at least we have something to look forward to.
