BoomBoom: Hate to say it but you can probably count on the 2 above ocurring in the future.

Well, BoomBoom, most market participants (including me) can't or won't rule out at least another financing, and that's one of the reasons why the share price is where it is.

However, for the same reason a financing should already be more or less incorporated in the share price, so in case it should really happen the downward potential is somewhat limited.
