Just thinking out loud. Maybe they would look at a backup plan for funds, if needed, to float a debenture with a decent interest rate and/or being convertable into Poet shares at a higher price.

They might want to get a feel from larger investors on participating in something like this.

That would give them some breathing room on cash flow and not have to make rash decisions in the near term.

Again just a thought.
