I believe the $50 million revenue by 2019 does include everything. The graph shows a contribution of AOC to the total, and the explanation at the top says "Introduction of 100G TX/RX. I believe that is the VCSEL - the red component. It is the start of revenue from the AOC I believe, which increases dramatically thereafter.
Some of those abbreviations are unfamiliar to me.
