All I'm saying is that since POET owns Opel, we still own the patent(s)... probably they could easily have had the patent say "POET Technologies" instead, but chose not to. It doesn't matter for ownership, or for legal defense (if ever necessary) but for those not willing to dig a little at this moment in time, it keeps POET's name under wraps in connection with those patents just a bit longer. It doesn't cost any more to do so...
