While I tend to share the growing frustration with a number of things POET, it is one thing to single one out (attempt to vote a Director off the board) and quite another to find a willing and qualified replacement who would bring a value-added component to the BOD.

I think most would agree that the BOD must take a significant amount of the responsibility for the PO and the resultant impact on our share price however, our BOD is comprised of very informed industry experts and in many cases, maintaing continuity is likely the best strategy but it doesn't mean that shareholders can't express their dissatisfaction with certain events.

My trust for now is in the resident experience of our BOD. We've been told that a number of very positive events will occur shortly and within the next 12-18 months.

Disappointed? Yes. P.....off, not yet
