Lumenge: Agree with you with regard to the project, but somewhere their paths (POET and Lee) must have crossed to have Lee come over, and it seems there is a lot of cross pollination going on with A*Star.

Yes, agreed, lumenge! These dots are just too close to each other not to be connected. I do like your word "cross pollination", although we don't know what will result eventually.
