POET became an american company with a US address, so perhaps, Rodman & Renshaw was their first crack at US investment in POET?

It prefers to research on companies based in United States. The firm provides research services to institutional investor clients. Rodman & Renshaw Research is based in New York, New York. The firm is a division of Direct Markets Holdings Corp.

The sectors that Rodman & Renshaw channel for investors is high risk in my opinion, but perhaps we are a gem that will defy this?
