I share both the elation for POET's exciting potential while at the same time dreading the possibility of

getting wiped down or wiped out because of any more dilution. I do want to believe that they have the

disruptive technologies, and that they will have the financial means to become the company management is obviously aiming for. My feelings are a combination of facts and hope, and I need to see more clear facts to get more at ease. Those are my feelings.

Do you feel POET is for real and is not like any other promotional TSX-v stock out there? Why or why not?
