Is it possible that the people involved in the PO only wanted to pay approx mid 30s and of course if Poet would have made an announcement when we were trading around 80 cents that they were doing a PO at .36 cents...what do you think existing shareholders would have said. But what if the people that knew they were gonna be in the PO...might have shorted the shares down

much closer to the PO numbers to make it look more honest and then possibly cover their short position with their PO shares and be left with free warrants ???
