perhaps he looked at his career path and decided that POET was bull shit.  As a shareholder I hope not but as a realist it is a possibility.

You need to calm down. Your ' realism' appears to exclude the possibility that this company is actualy doing what it says on the box,  which is clearly indicated by the experience that Yang Zhang had gained working with  PTI on POET.  For example he worked on the detector and we know the sterling performance of that piece of POET technology.

If you were part of the PTI management, on the verge of launching potentially disruptive products, would you chose to risk commercial secrecy in favour of satisfying shareholders need for certainty?   I think not if you were being rational.  

Given your repeated claims of POET failure and management incompetance on all fronts as realism, appear to me to be panic. When the probability is that whilst realism might lead one to have some concerns, all indications are that this project is going to work. So stop telling us no it isn't and I am the only one who seems to know that.
