Why the PO? They had certain commitments regarding DL and Poet development, Back at that time Poet development was delayed and there was no near term NRE or significant revenue. (of course the terms of the PO was a train wreck) I hope in their mind this was just a one time deal to carry us to significant NRE. Time will tell... lets see the results of the AOC.
